HOW DO WE DO THIS?
Our process is as follows:
- Documents are scanned and submitted to an email (or cloud) account.
- Our Artificial Intelligence platform has enabled us to automate certain aspects of your Bookkeeping
The platform helps us code the transactions faster than entering transactions manually from stacks of paper.
- Our team reviews the documents before its posted
- Upon approval the data is synced and appears in your Quickbooks Online or Desktop software. (Other packages available on request)
- Once synchronization is complete your data becomes available on your phone, tablet or desktop.
What you pay for – We have evaluated your bookkeepers pricing model and there is a BIG “loop-hole”. On average bookkeepers charge $50/hour. During a 1 hour period they are able to process between 20 & 40 transactions. Lets assume its 30 transactions. $50 / 30 transactions per hr = $1.67 per transaction. (this is for DATA ENTRY ONLY, nothing else)
During this hour your bookkeeper is interrupted by phone calls, emails, questions and not to mention washroom breaks! Therefore increasing your cost per transaction.
We also note that clients are generally charged in 15 minute or 1 hour increments, often rounded up to the nearest hour. AGAIN increasing your cost per transaction. We believe that the simple process of data processing should be accountable, transparent and measurable. Our solution provides that and more.
WHAT WE OFFER
– We charge $1.25/transaction for Entry & Data processing.
– There is NO hourly rate
– Bank reconciliations – $25 fixed fee (up to 150 transactions per month)
– GST filing – $25 fixed fee
– Scanning is extra, but its as simple as taking a picture with your phone if you would like to do it yourself.
– There is NO cost for interruptions and absolutely NO rounding!
– a one time setup fee of $99. Commit before December 1st and we will wave this fee.
- Just [count the transactions on your bank statement and multiply by $1.25] + [$25 for the bank reconciliation] + [$25 for the GST filing].
Example – If your business had 80 transactions last month. As counted on last months bank statement. The formula is as follows: [80 x $1.25]+[$25]+[$25] = $150
